Change of Mind?
Ah that’s a shame! We’re sorry to hear you changed your mind about your purchase! Thankyou does not accept exchanges or refunds for products due to change of mind. This includes no longer needing the product or dissatisfaction with the product (which sit outside of manufacturing faults). But, hey! Thankyou products make great gifts, so why not spread the love by gifting this to someone close to you?
If you’ve purchased your Thankyou product in store from another retailer, you should be able to return it there, provided it’s in its original packaging, un-used and you have proof of purchase. These retailers will have different refund policies, so it’s best to check directly on their website or give them a call.
Oh no! Damaged products definitely aren’t what we aim for and we’d love to get something sorted for you. If you’ve purchased a product from our online store that is damaged, then you will be eligible for a replacement or refund. The product in question must be deemed a manufacturing fault by a Thankyou team member and for every refund or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our personal care and baby care range are made with naturally derived ingredients. This means that slight variances in fragrance, colour and viscosity may occur from product to product. This variance is part of the beauty of our products and differences in scent, consistency and colour will not be eligible for refund.
If a product you have purchased from one of our partner retailers is damaged, then you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. This refund or replacement must be sourced directly from the retailer the product was purchased from.
Our team works hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible and we reckon they’re pretty speedy. However, delivery times can fluctuate for a range of reasons that are beyond our control, such as public holidays, shipping addresses that are located in rural areas and natural disasters (i.e. flooding and fires). The delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates and minor delays in delivery are not eligible for a refund. Returns to Sender (due to incorrect shipping details or non-collection from postal office)
If your order has been returned to us, due to us being provided with incorrect delivery details OR for not having been collected from your local post office after the specific holding time, you are eligible for either:
- Refund of the products only*
- Redelivery of your order to the correct delivery address - you will be charged an additional postage fee.
*Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. For orders over $75 or other promotions that have incurred free shipping, you will incur a $10.00 postage fee and be refunded the remainder for the products ordered.
