Ah, that old “I just moved house and forgot to change address” sticky situation, huh?! If you’ve just placed your order, then we recommend emailing our Customer Experience team at email@example.com as soon as you can with your order number. Our Warehouse team are super speedy and dispatch orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to see if we can catch your order before it’s too late.
If, however, your order is already on its way, the next step will be for you to get in contact with the courier and depending on where your parcel is up to, authorise them to change the address on your order.
In situations where this is not possible, it is likely that your order will be returned to sender. If your order has been returned to us due to us being provided with incorrect delivery details you are eligible for either:
- Refund of the products only*
- Redelivery of your order to the correct delivery address - you will be charged an additional postage fee
*Postage costs are non refundable and for any promotions or orders over $75 that have incurred Free Shipping, you will incur a $10.00 postage fee and be refunded the remainder for the products ordered.
