This is important, as they know their program is a short-term solution, and in order to exit sustainably and create a sustainable solution, a scale partner (like a government agency or private business) must be able to adopt and financially replicate their program.
Ultimately, we focus on whether they are impact driven, have a sustainable solution, and have impact on the communities they serve, rather than first judging the performance of an organisation based upon the expenses it spends on its overheads.
