Why can't I enter my Track Your Impact Code on the website?

As of June 4th 2020, we stopped operating the Track Your Impact system. The reason for this is really important and you can read more about it here on our blog. We haven't been printing TYI codes since then, but there may still be some codes on products in the market. If you have a product with a TYI code on the back, unfortunately, you won't be able to track it. We'd still love to share the Impact that your making as every product sold helps fund impactful change-makers, which you can check out on our website: www.thankyou.co/impact.
