Does Grapefruit sanitiser have real grapefruit in it?

Our antibacterial grapefruit Sani contains fragrances that consist of both natural and artificial extracts which is what gives its sophisticated grapefruit smell (but doesn’t really have any single source of grapefruit derivative as such in there).
