Why is your online store unavailable?

Like much of the world, 2020 started a little different to how we planned. We know that anything is possible, but not everything. We have come up against a variety of challenges, and we are adapting accordingly to ensure we’re here to fulfil our purpose. As part of that we made the tough call to hit pause on our online store in March 2020. Since then, we've done some deep diving into how we operate at Thankyou and have decided not to reopen our online store for Personal Care & Baby products. Don't worry, the products you know & love will continue to be available in-store and online at our friends’ Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths, Officeworks.
