When I opened my Scrub, it seemed quite lumpy, is something wrong with it?

Sounds like it should be fine! Sometimes when a scrub has been sitting in the cupboard for a while, the natural oils can sink to the bottom. This is perfectly normal, just give it a stir and you're good to go!
