How do I open the pump?

If you hold the base of the bottle, ensure the collar is tight before turning, and spin the lid anti-clockwise, it should pop open. If it doesn't start pumping right away, keep spinning anti-clockwise until you hear a popping noise, and it will start pumping from there.
