Why are the 5L only available for wholesale customers?

Our products are sold in the retail space, where retailers decide what to stock based on what their market research indicates they’ll sell a lot of. They went with 1L for in-store, based on the price point and what works for shelf space compared to other brands. We also found that the majority of demand for 5L refills came from wholesale customers for businesses that use a lot of hand wash each month.
