Social enterprises are businesses that use commercial tactics to generate profit to improve an aspect of society. They use the revenue from the sale of products or services to operate the business and fulfil their mission, in Thankyou’s case, to help end global poverty. 

It takes a team of great people using their skillset and passion to run a sustainable and successful business that exists to help end global poverty. Like any other business, we invest in great employees to help it grow. To attract the best talent, we pay our staff in line with the commercial sector (although at the lower end). 

Every role at Thankyou is contributing to the business achieving its financial targets to bring basic human rights to people in need.
