It takes a team of great people using their skillset and passion to run a sustainable and successful business that exists to help end global poverty. Like any other business, we invest in great employees to help it grow. To attract the best talent, we pay our staff in line with the commercial sector (although, at the lower end). Every role at Thankyou is contributing to the business achieving its financial targets to bring basic human rights to people in need.
