We made the difficult decision to close our online store because, while it offered a great experience, despite testing multiple strategies with remarkable collaborators, we hadn’t been able to run the store as profitably as other retail channels to sustain our mission. Thankyou grew as a retail-first brand, which built the scale, awareness and profitability. This scale, combined with people choosing to purchase Thankyou, has allowed us to distribute $19.34 million to our incredible impact partners, working on the front lines to fight inequity, scarcity and poverty to see our mission realised.
You can still find our products at our incredible retail and online partners, Amazon, Kind Regards, Coles, Chemist Warehouse and Woolworths, and if there’s a specific product you’re after, let our team know, and we can point you in the right direction, as ranging may vary between retailers. While you can’t buy directly from us anymore, every purchase through these partners continues to fuel our mission to help end extreme poverty.
