At Thankyou, minimising our impact on the environment is hugely important to us, so we ensure we’re creating products that are good for you, good for humanity, and good for our planet.
That's why, in 2023, we reimagined and launched our packaging to offer a more sustainable, fully recyclable product range. This includes introducing a refill system to promote circularity and reduce waste, featuring high-value recyclable natural HDPE refill bottles, refillable and recyclable Glass Forever Bottles, and Aluminium Forever Bottles made entirely from 100% recycled aluminium. To give consumers a choice that isn't a Forever Bottle, we also rereleased our Everyday Range, which is kerbside recyclable and made from 98% recycled materials. We also made the decision to exit the single-use bottled water category (you can read more about this decision on our blog here!)
There’s a great quote we live by at Thankyou from Mark Twain: “Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.” While our team is always working hard on innovations to minimise our environmental impact, the launch of our reimagined ranges marks a step forward in offering consumers more sustainable options for the products they are accustomed to.
We are also proud of our B Corp certification and membership in the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation. We support their vision of collaboration and circularity within the packaging value chain to minimise landfill. We have adopted the National Packaging Targets internally as part of our responsible business goals. You can learn more about our sustainability and responsible business goals here.
